Depending on the service you purchase, some data held by these third parties will be stored outside the EEC (European Economic Community). This concerns servers in the United States, which fall under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield.
Security
When transferring data, we use the so-called SSL security system (Secure Socket Layer) in connection with 128/256-bit encryption. This technology offers the highest security and is therefore also used by banks, for example, for data security during online banking. All payment methods offered by us are extensively secured by the above standard. You can see that your data is sent encrypted by the symbol of a key or closed lock in the status bar of your browser.

When you terminate your services with us, we store some data based on the legal retention period of 10 years. We delete data that is no longer necessary. We destroy all data after the statutory retention period. You have the right to inspect the data we have about you after you have terminated the services with us. You can submit a request for access, correction or deletion to support. Davigon will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but at least within four weeks.
